I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Road Safety Issues, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. Bishops Castle SNT responded to an RTC near Newcastle after reports of a biker coming off his motorcycle. Incidents like this highlight how vulnerable riders can be on our roads. Fortunately, the rider’s protective gear did its job, and he suffered only minor injuries. He was taken to RSH as a precaution. His friends remained with him at the scene and took his bike home for him. Please continue to ride safely and look out for one another.
